The
Founder
Resegofetse Mafora is an LLB graduate from North West University and an admitted attorney in good standing with the Legal Practice Council. He completed his practical legal training through the Law Society of South Africa and UNISA. Before founding his own firm in 2025, Mafora gained extensive experience serving as a candidate legal practitioner in Pretoria from 2020 to 2022. He later practiced as a Professional Assistant at R.S. Tau Attorneys in Mahikeng. His leadership is driven by a commitment to excellence, diligence, and the relentless pursuit of client interests.

The firm is the brainchild of Resegofetse Mafora, who officially incorporated the business in 2025. Operating under the name R Mafora Attorneys Incorporated, the firm was established when Mafora decided to practice on his own account. He was formally appointed as the director on March 24, 2025. Since its inception, the firm has focused on building a solid foundation in the North West province, striving to become a leading industry-focused boutique firm that attracts and develops top-tier legal talent to serve the region's specific needs.
